Job Description
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM using Plugins, Workflows, and JavaScript
- Develop and uphold solutions in .NET C# and optimize code in Microsoft SQL Server
- Leverage Power Automate to streamline business operations
- Implement and manage solutions using Azure DevOps / Git for code repositories
- Facilitate third-party system integrations using Web APIs
- Collaboratively analyze, design, and propose improvements to CRM systems
- Ensure clear communication among team members and stakeholders about technical solutions
- Maintain and troubleshoot implemented systems to ensure optimal functionality
- Persistently update technical knowledge and stay informed of CRM advancements
- Demonstrate understanding of user requirements to provide effective support
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Background in Dynamics 365 customizations and configurations
- Proficiency in .NET C# coding and familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server basics
- Understanding of Solutions, Azure DevOps / Git for code repositories
- Competency in integrating Dynamics with third-party systems using Web APIs
- Demonstrated analytical and design abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Canvas Apps and Custom Pages
- Proficiency in PCF Controls
- Capability to use Azure functions
