Senior Hybris Quality Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hybris Quality Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions within our eCommerce environment.

This role requires a knowledgeable and experienced professional who is proficient in software testing techniques and understands the Hybris platform extensively.

• Prepare test strategies, plans, and coordinate testing activities
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
• Execute test cases, both manual and automated, and analyze the results
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Collaborate with QA engineers to develop effective test plans and strategies
• Assist in troubleshooting issues alongside project developers, business analysts, and customer support teams

• 6 to 8 years of experience with software testing techniques in an Agile/Scrum framework
• Proficiency in creating test strategies and plans, and coordinating testing activities
• Competency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
• Proficiency in executing test cases and analyzing results
• Skills in API testing with tools like Postman, SoapUI
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP Hybris implementations
• At least 3 years of experience testing across various eCommerce domains, particularly with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Excellent business communication skills
