Lead Hybris Quality Analyst

We are seeking a Lead Hybris Quality Analyst to join our team and oversee the quality assurance aspect of our Hybris projects.

This role requires someone skilled in software testing, particularly within an Agile/Scrum framework, and with a robust understanding of SAP Hybris implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing test strategies and plans, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring the deliverables meet the desired standards.

• Develop and oversee the execution of test strategies and plans
• Coordinate testing activities among the QA team
• Write clear, comprehensive test cases
• Conduct both manual and automated tests and analyze the results
• Document testing phases and defects
• Report identified bugs and errors to the development teams
• Assist in troubleshooting issues post-release
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Work closely with project developers, business analysts, and customer support teams to ensure software solutions align with user expectations
• Execute post-release/post-implementation tests

• 8 to 12 years of experience with software testing techniques in an Agile/Scrum framework
• Skills in preparing test strategies and plans
• Proficiency in creating logs to document testing phases and defects
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP Hybris implementations
• Competency in API testing with tools like Postman or SoapUI
• At least 3 years of experience testing across a wide range of eCommerce domains equivalent to the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform
• Strong written communication skills
