Role Summary:
The DSA Activation role involves engaging active and inactive Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) across India through outbound and inbound calls. Responsibilities include addressing DSA concerns, fostering engagement, and promoting service and sales initiatives to support business goals.
Requirements:
Graduate with 3-4 years of Outbound customer support or relationship development experience, ideally in BFSI.
*Proficient in English*
Strong communication and service/sales skills.
