Job Summary:
Seeking a BI Developer with experience in D365 and Power BI to design, develop, and optimize business intelligence solutions. The role involves data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard creation to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business users.
• Work with D365 F&O data models to create meaningful insights.
• Implement ETL pipelines using Power Query, SQL, and Azure Data Services.
• Optimize database queries and report performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business intelligence needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• BTech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in BI development with D365 and Power BI.
• Strong SQL, DAX, and data modeling skills.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Dataverse is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is an advantage.
• Experience with Python, R, or other data analytics tools.
• Microsoft Power BI or Azure Data certifications.
