Job Description
Independend execution and assessment of all more complex tests/productions, as well as the recording of all related results of the department/crop/productions in designated systems, signalling abnormalities and solving process related problems together with stakeholders
Accountable for cultivation of a given crop(s) all over the site (incl. climate control, crop protections, fertilization, irrigation)
Documentation of incidents and procedures related to crop management
Ensure all tasks within the crop trials are executed in such a way that its aligned with the crop and financial/budget objectives
Use of technical knowledge and experience to partner with Breeders/Researchers and agree on the most effective conditions
Definition and evaluation of crop objectives together with Breeders and Researchers
Responsible for a healthy and safe working environment.
Must haves
Must have basic knowldge of crop care and management
High on integrity and business ethics
Must be a good communicator & collaborator
Problem solver
Must have basic computer operating skills
Interview process
1. CV s will be screened based on above criteria
2. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for 1st level interview with Farm manager, R&D Manager and HR
3. Final interview of shortlisted candidates ( in 1st level interview) will be interviewed by Regional Director
