Assistant Manager - Costing & MIS - Surat

Assistant Manager Costing provides Financial Operation support with month-end-close activities, budgeting, forecasting, actual spend reporting, fixed asset management, and day-to-day accuracy of financial records. The role requires an individual who is capable of driving efficiency through continuous improvement of the operational and financial process while working in a complex, matrix environment and managing competing priorities. The scope includes financial support of an operating expense and capital budget and requires the ability to interact with all levels of the finance organization and other departments within and outside the site and assist in driving the delivery of the financial targets of the business.

Job Description:

• Budget preparation and budget vs. actual P&L Monitoring
• Handle inter-company transactions with affiliate companies
• Preparation of Company and group Projections and Cashflow
• Conduct inventory reserve analysis on a quarterly basis and generate reports for senior management
• Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports for submission to management
• Inventory revaluation on yearly basis in SAP
• Preparation of MIS Data for Management
• Working Capital Requirement Assessment for Company
• Work on Product Costing

Qualifications

• ICWA /CMA equivalent degree.
• Hands-on Experience working on SAP
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
