Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Track sales metrics and maintain records of client interactions.

  5. Event Coordination: Help organize trade shows, product launches, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential clients.

Reporting:

This position reports to the GM- Agri Business in Kolkata, overseeing a team of 1-2 members.

Compensation:

Annual CTC: upto 6 Lakhs ( Fixed) + Annual Variable Pay + Commitment Bonus

(Compensation package will be in line with qualifications, experience, and last salary drawn).
