Role Overview

The role would typically involve a mix of administrative support, relationship management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Track sales metrics and maintain records of client interactions.
2. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this information to help inform business strategies.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure that sales strategies align with operational capabilities.
5. Event Coordination: Help organize trade shows, product launches, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential clients.
6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market analysis to share with management.

Reporting:

This position reports to the GM- Agri Business in Kolkata, overseeing a team of 1-2 members.

Compensation:

Annual CTC: upto 6 Lakhs ( Fixed) + Annual Variable Pay + Commitment Bonus

(Compensation package will be in line with qualifications, experience, and last salary drawn).
