Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile : Male candidates

Experience Requirements (Must have):

1. Demonstrate business understanding regarding the services offered by their current company to clients
2. Should have created L&D Action Plans in line with organizational vision and business plans
3. Should have implemented L&D Action Plans focused on enabling achievement of business objectives
4. Should have conducted evaluations whether business objectives have been met through L&D interventions

Experience Requirements (Good to have but not essential):

1. Ideally should have handled technical training
2. Ideally should have worked in Engineering Services industry
