Envecon - Lead Software Engineer - C#/React.js (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Role : You will be responsible to drive projects forward, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Tech Stack :

Front End :

- Angular 16, Angular, AngularJS, React, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, TypeScript, jQuery, SASS/SCSS, WebAssembly, SPA Frameworks.

Back End :

- Asp.Net, ASP.NET Core Razor Pages, ASP.NET Core Web API, .NET Framework or .NET Core, ASP. NET Web API, WCF, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework (EF), ASP. NET Identity, SignalR, Microservices Architecture, .NET Core 6 and above, ASP. NET Identity, OAuth and OpenID Connect, Dependency Injection (DI), Caching Mechanisms, Serilog, Swagger/OpenAPI.

Database :

- SQL, Dapper/Micro ORM.

Others :

- Excellent OOPs concept, Data and Business Intelligence Softwares, Cloud/Server Technologies, PAAS Services, Application Hardware Sizing, Azure Services, NuGet Packages, Knowledge of AI/ML.

Tools :

- Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, DBeaver, SSMS, PostMan.

Areas of expertise :

- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, MVC, C#, SQL Server.

- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent Product Development skills.

- Reporting Tools Report Builder, SSRS (local and server).

Database : MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL.

Responsibilities :

- Lead modules of Software Product Development.

- Development and Continuous enhancement of Product Architecture and Framework.

- Catalyze the personal development plans for team management.

- Managing quality and timely Project deliveries.

- Collaborate with internal teams to produce strong software design and architecture.

- To develop project requirement roadmaps that outline the planned features and enhancements of products, prioritizing them based on customer and business needs.

- Continuous cross-functional collaboration, especially on coordination with other teams (Project Management, Implementation, Quality Assurance, etc.

- Debugging and fixing software issues in a timely manner.

- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Develop technical documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) improve existing software.

- Ensuring Innovative product improvements.

- Participating in code quality and code reviews to ensure software quality.

- Ensuring product security and data protection.
