This is a core sales role, and your primary responsibilities involve developing new accounts and further growing the existing client accounts of the company. You will have to generate your own leads over and above the inbound leads of the organisation, and operate as a project manager while selling, as each client s requirement is unique and is to be dealt with in a personalised manner.
The ticket sizes range from a few lakhs to a few crores, so it would be required for you to have the ability to understand basic business finance, have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to learn quickly and effectively.
This role is challenging, but anything worth doing in life is. Although this is an IC role, you will have the ability to build a team under you for support once you have been ramped up. You will also be working very closely with the co-founders of the company
To be considered for this role, the following are non-negotiable:
1. 1-3 years experience in Enterprise sales,
2. To love the thrill of crushing sales targets and earning incentives,
3. Having excellent spoken and written communication in English (just good is not good enough),
4. Being structured, disciplined, and organised, capable of managing complex service projects,
5. Having decent skills with managing spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets),
6. Not being more than 30 years of age, and
7. To be based out of or willing to relocate to Gurugram or South Delhi.
We also think you would have a significant advantage if you have a background in SaaS or HRIS sales, and would have sold big ticket services.
