Entrust Family Office - Associate/Principal - Private Equity/Venture Capital Investment (3-6 yrs)

We are a multi-family office firm with assets under advice of over Rs 12,000 cr, and offices across the country. To support our growing business, we are looking to hire an associate for PE / VC investments.

Job profile would include:

1. Analysing potential investment opportunities across sectors. Building business plans, benchmarking competition, preparing investment memos

2. Presenting opportunities to clients and soliciting investment interest

3. Detailed sector research

4. Support the fund raise effort

5. Supporting the fund managers in other tasks

6. Monitor performance of portfolio companies, prepare periodic updates for investors

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

1. 3-6 years of PE/VC investing experience at leading firms in India

2. For candidates from sell-side, extensive experience in 2-3 sectors with demonstrated deal impact

3. Ability to work independently

4. Excellent communication skills

5. CA / MBA from top-tier business schools

Designation and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
