Qualification & Experience:

• Masters Degree in Rural Management/Social Work/ Economics/MBA and interest in working with rural poor women.
• Must have 2 to 4 years of experience in Microenterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Womens related schemes and projects.
• The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, a high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability, and good communication skills.
• Participate in all meetings held for review of the progress by EDII H.O/SRO
• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.

Job Description:

• Must have in-depth knowledge of mobilization, training, bank linkages, market linkages, credit facilitation, funding schemes, Govt. subsidiary schemes, and registration procedures.
• Post Skill-based Entrepreneurship training follow-up and handholding, motivating, and capacity building of the entrepreneurs to set up sustainable enterprises.
• Identify resource persons and experts for particular trades from the locality.
• Conduct research to identify business opportunities and potential markets.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprises concurrently and meet deadlines as per the project plan.
• Understand the right ideas for best practices and technological solutions for business.
• Facilitate Business Plan Formulation, Funding, and Infra set-up for enterprises.
• Should have strong executive presence and excellent convincing skills to hold own point of view in tough conversations.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, training & delegate responsibilities to entrepreneurs enabling their economic growth & development.
• Continuously look for better, efficient & cost-effective solutions to improve productivity, scalability and demand-supply as required.

Type of Employment: On a Contractual basis.

Salary: Rs. 45,000 50,000 per month
