Job Description
- Masters in Management/Technology/ Commerce/ Economics / Rural Development from a recognized institution/university with 3 to 10 year of work experience in Micro and Small Enterprises Training/ Mentoring/ Handholding/ Consulting projects
- Capacity to work with MSMEs and undertake mobilization and training activities of MSMEs.
- The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, good understanding of MS Word and Excel, data analysis ability and good communication ability.
- Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in MSME sector.
- Coordinate with Project Director, Project Coordinator, Master Trainers, Subject Matter Experts, and Community Mobilizers for implementation of the project.
- Develop the formats for daily, weekly and monthly reports for submission.
- Responsible for uploading online information for project management
- Conducting Baseline survey of existing enterprises at regular intervals from the field and updating accordingly.
- Provide support to Project Coordinators in field for Programme Organization and training support.
- Ensuring availability of updated data for monitoring and evaluation.
- Responsible for documentation, filing and all official correspondence related to the project
- Participate in all meetings held for review of the progress by EDII H.O.
- Any other work/activity as assigned by the Office
