A lot to learn on designing Busducts, cross-functional collaboration and maintaining good relationship with clients. Often have to go for site visits for taking necessary measurements for designing Busduct route. Site visits helps in boosting your confidence and learning to take responsibility and decisions on behalf of company. Also you get full freedom of learning anything on your own.
- Skill development - Good
The salary is very poor compared to the work that we have to do as a Design Engineer. Also there is no added benifits than the accomodation. Also the hr team and management is very poor.
