Workflow Automation Developer - API Integration (4-5 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Workflow Automation Developer with experience in AgilePoint or other BPM tools to design and develop business process automation solutions for Supply Chain and Finance workflows.

This role involves workflow creation, API integration, and ERP system connectivity (JDEdwards, SAP, Oracle, or others).

Candidates with experience in IBM BPM, Pega, Decisions BPM, Nintex, Appian, or Power Automate are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & implement workflow automation solutions using AgilePoint or similar BPM tools.

- Develop custom workflows, business process models, and UI components.

- Integrate workflows with ERP systems (JDEdwards, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or others).

- Build and consume REST APIs, Web Services, and third-party integrations.

- Work with .NET (preferred), Java, or Python to develop automation solutions.

- Troubleshoot, optimize and maintain scalable workflow applications.

- Collaborate with business teams to define and improve process automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in workflow automation or BPM tools.

- Experience with AgilePoint (preferred), IBM BPM, Pega, Nintex, Appian, Power Automate, or Decisions BPM.

- Strong knowledge of workflow design, process modelling, and automation frameworks.

- Experience integrating workflows with ERP systems (JDEdwards, SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics).

- Proficiency in API development (REST, SOAP) and database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle DB).

- Knowledge of .NET (preferred), Java, or Python for workflow scripting.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
