Technical Product Manager - API Integration (4-8 yrs)

Title : Technical Product Manager (API Integration).

Location : Noida , U.P

Duration : Full Time (Hybrid).

Timings : 12.30 p.m - 9.30 p.m. IST.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (API Integration) with 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of Product Development Lifecycle, API integrations, SQL, and system interfaces. The candidate must have excellent relationship management skills and be adept at business process modeling, decision tables, and data flows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, development, and execution.

- Work closely with engineering teams to define and manage API integrations and system interfaces.

- Define product requirements, user stories, and workflows to guide development teams.

- Analyze, document, and improve business processes using decision tables, data flows, and business modeling tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.

- Ensure smooth data integration across platforms, networks, and client/server environments.

- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of key features.

- Provide insights into system performance and recommend optimizations.

- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the product experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a relevant field.

- 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.

- Strong understanding of API integrations and SQL.

- Experience in technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, client/server, and operating systems.

- Proficiency in Business Process Modelling, including decision tables/trees and data flow diagrams.

- Strong customer service skills and relationship management abilities.

- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to work across multiple teams and influence stakeholders at different levels.

- Experience with cloud-based technologies and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger, Postman, or similar platforms.
