Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Flutter App Developer located in Noida.

The Flutter App Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, debugging and improving existing software, and ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

Flutter Developer, the ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience :

Required Skills :

- Flutter & Dart Expertise : At least 3+ years of experience in Flutter app development.

- Backend Knowledge : Experience with Firebase, Node.js, or any other backend framework for user authentication and loan management.

- API Integration : Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party financial APIs, and banking systems.

- Payment Gateway Integration : Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, or any other secure payment gateway.

- Database Management : Knowledge of Firebase Firestore, MySQL, or SQLLight.

- State Management : Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.

- Security & Compliance : Knowledge of RBI-compliant loan app security standards, data encryption, and user data protection.

- Push Notifications & SMS : Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), SMS APIs.

- Loan EMI Calculation & Credit Score Checking : Implementation of interest calculation, repayment schedule, and integration with credit score providers (CIBIL, Experian, etc.

- Deployment : Experience in publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Experience Required :

- Ideal Candidate Experience : 3-5 years in Flutter app development with at least 3 4 live apps in fintech or loan-related domains.

- Must have developed at least one financial/banking/loan-based application.

- Understanding of RBI Guidelines and KYC processes is a plus.
