Role & responsibilities

• Learn and understand the products and services offered by the company.
• Assist Key Account Managers in identifying and prospecting potential clients within the enterprise sector.
• Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to address client needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduates, preferably MBAs with minimum 2 years experience in Sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently when required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for enterprise sales and a desire to build a successful career in the field.
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and take on new challenges.
