Now, we have this Business Operations Manager Opening with our Pharma distribution entity in Khammam, Telangana.

Operations Manager - Pharma Distribution

Job Description:

- Driving Sales Growth for the distribution entity

- Territory/Market Expansion

- Responsible for Business Operations, deliver desired result and growth of Entity

- Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management

- Improving EBITDA of entity with close monitoring P&L
- Working capital management
- Exploring new potential market and retail coverage expansion
- Work on SKU range enhancement
- Increase customer wallet share
- Oversee and ensuring smooth operations of entity
- Monitor, build and retain team

Desired Experience:

- 8 -15 Years experience in driving Sales and Strategic operations roles with some exposure to driving profitability of the entity and managing Warehouse Operations team.

-Preferably from Pharma, E-Commerce, Retail or FMCG industries, handling warehouse Operations and business operations

-Graduates, preferably with an MBA in Operations/Marketing specializations(not mandatory)
