Job Description
Ensol Multiclean Equipments Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of cutting-edge Waste Management, Utility, and Disaster Management solutions, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating projects, ensuring they are executed seamlessly from order receipt to the receipt of performance certificates from customers. If you have a background in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering and possess project management skills, we invite you to contribute to the success of our projects.
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects from order receipt, coordination with production to performance certificate receipt.
Order Management:
- Track and monitor orders, ensuring timely processing, production, dispatch, delivery, and demonstration/training to clients.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any order-related issues or delays.
Financial Tracking:
- Monitor and track project finances, including payment receipt, Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) & Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) receipt, and invoicing.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions related to projects.
Customer Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of the project.
Performance Certificate:
- Work diligently to ensure the timely receipt of performance certificates from customers upon project completion.
- Address any customer feedback or concerns in collaboration with the relevant teams.
- Degree, Diploma Holder in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
