Enrichwise is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development and Marketing Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with specific experience in mutual funds. This role is critical in driving growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business development and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial and mutual fund sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
• Lead and manage marketing campaigns to promote Enrichwise s services and products.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and business development initiatives.
• Represent Enrichwise at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5-8 years of experience in business development and marketing within the finance industry, with a focus on mutual funds.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and developing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of financial products, mutual funds, and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
