We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Executive (Male) to join our client Minister Office Furniture team in Kochi, Kerala. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback
Respond promptly and professionally to customer communications via phone, email, and chat
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and streamline processes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to enhance products and services
Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Participate in customer experience initiatives and contribute ideas for improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM software and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
B.Tech (preferred)
Knowledge of customer service best practices and experience management
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Strong team player with a customer-focused mindset
Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
