- Bachelor s degree in information systems, computer science or related discipline with an information technology focus
- 5 10 years of experience working in SAP Business Objects Data Services
- Proficiency in designing and developing ETL workflows, data transformation, and data cleansing using SAP BODS
- Strong SAP HANA and SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and querying
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data quality management
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve data integration issues
- Ability to work independently and as a team when required once requirements are provided and to work efficiently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Must have excellent data analytical and interpretation skills
- Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
- Should be motivate and self-directed
- We are seeking a skilled SAP BODS Developer with approximately 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration and data management using SAP Business Objects Data Services.
- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that meet business needs and improve data quality.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using SAP BODS to ensure seamless data integration across various sources and targets
- Create and manage data transformation workflows to cleanse, standardize, and enrich data to support business processes
- Implement and maintain data quality checks and transformations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data
- Optimize ETL processes and workflows to enhance performance and efficiency. Should have strong knowledge on SCD 1 SCD2 and SCD3
- Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business objectives
- Identify and resolve issues related to data integration and transformation processes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Adhere to best practices for data management and ETL processes, ensuring compliance with data governance policies
