Position Overview:

We are seeking a Project Functional Consultant & Financial Manager to manage the financial performance and resource allocation for multiple projects.

You will oversee forecasting, tracking, and reporting of costs, revenues, and profits, while ensuring resources are effectively allocated and projects stay on budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand and define functional requirements for projects.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

- Provide functional expertise and support during project planning, implementation, and post-implementation phases.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are translated accurately into system designs.

- Take ownership of project financials, ensuring budgets and goals are met.

- Forecast and track project spending, including customer and partner invoices.

- Create and distribute weekly and monthly financial reports.

- Coordinate resource allocation and manage timecards, ensuring proper personnel and payments.

- Serve as the point of contact between onsite and offshore teams.

- Identify and escalate financial or resource risks, providing regular status updates.

Qualifications:

- Experience in project finance management and resource allocation.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic understanding of technical concepts or experience working with tech teams.

- Familiarity with project management software Jira , Asana, Trello
