Position:Fullstack Engineering Manager.
Qualifications & Skills.
Proven 8 to 12 years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role..
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages Java, node, and typescript and JavaScript framework (e.gAngular, React)..
Good with databases (e.g.
MySQL, Postgres, Redis)..
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g.
HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)..
A pragmatic approach to architecture and design, which recognizes when it's OK to diverge from best practices for the sake of practicality..
Work towards creating and designing systems that can scale..
Follow best practices of product development like peer review, documentation, and following code standards..
Should possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate diligence in tasks such as conducting thorough code reviews..
Excellent communication and team handling skills.
