Principal - Engineering College - PhD - IIT/NIT (10-27 yrs)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced academic leader to serve as Principal for our engineering college. The ideal candidate will be a current Professor, Head of Department, Dean, or Vice Principal, preferably from an engineering college in Karnataka, or open to relocation to Karnataka.

Qualifications and Experience:

- PhD from IIT or NIT (mandatory).

- Proven leadership experience in academic administration within an engineering institution.

- Strong track record in curriculum development, faculty management, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee academic and administrative functions within the engineering college.

- Foster academic excellence and maintain high standards of education and research.

- Collaborate with government bodies, manage admissions, and liaise with external agencies.

- Drive student placement initiatives in partnership with industry.

Preferred Skills:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Strong understanding of higher education policies and accreditation standards.

Location Preference: Candidates currently residing in Karnataka or willing to relocate.
