- Tool Room preventive maintenance plan /Actual Fill the check sheet & History cards.
- Tool Maintenance - fill the Line QRCI & Plant QRCI
- Tool Room Maintenance KPI – MTTR/MTBF/PM/BD - Calculation & data updating on regular basis.
- Tool design - drawing understanding.
- Predictive & Preventive action on tools.
- De-scaling operation on tools.
- Crane operating at tool maintenance time.
