Forging Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

• Candidate have multi station cold forging experience.
• 1 to 4 years working experience in cold forging/ hot forging.
• Ready to work in shift
• Candidate is having good knowledge of cold forging and its pre-process.
• Candidate shall be quality conscious and knowing about defects of process and its remedies.
• Shall have basic knowledge of induction furnace
• Candidate shall be quality conscious and knowing about defects of process and its remedies.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Design and develop forgings using various techniques such as hot forging, cold forging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to automotive components.
• Knowledge about DWM Board
• Knowledge about production process and quality check
