I Fix Engineers

System Design and Configuration: Design and configure an iFIX SCADA system with redundant server
architecture, supporting up to 5 clients, 10,000 data points, and 5,000 trends.
2. Alarming System Setup: Implement robust alarming systems to ensure timely notification and response to
critical events.
3. Database Integration: Integrate the SCADA system with databases for seamless data logging and retrieval.
4. Compliance: Ensure the SCADA system meets regulatory requirements, particularly 21CFR Part 11
Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures (ER&ES) compliance.
5. Paper Reporting: Develop and implement paper-reporting capabilities as per project requirements.
6. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive system documentation, including design specifications, user
manuals, and validation documents.
7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and maintenance staff on the operation
and maintenance of the SCADA system.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Proven experience (8 to 11 Years) in designing, implementing, and maintaining SCADA systems, with
specific expertise in iFIX.
3. Strong understanding of industrial automation protocols and standards.
4. Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks, especially 21CFR Part 11.
5. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting database interfaces.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
