Customer Support Engineer- Server/Printer

Role & responsibilities

• We require a customer support engineer for the maintenance of printers installed at our customer's premises.
• Should be able to diagnose faults & replace faulty parts in Server, Printer, Desktop & Laptop.
• Candidates with knowledge of Server & Printers will be given preference.
• This is a field job and requires the candidate to travel to our customer premises for diagnosis and repair activity
• It is an advantage for the candidate to own a two-wheeler for the purpose of travelling.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have experience in working as a field Engineer
• Good communication and positive attitude are important.
