Desire Requirement:

• Very good communication skills
• Confident in approach
• In the Project Management experience, the candidate should have done a few IT implementation projects
• Candidate should have managed schedule, cost, and scope as a PM
• Candidate should be creating, and publishing Daily/Weekly status
• Should be doing sprint planning, agile deliveries
• Managed a team of 15+ developers
• Should be hands-on on JIRA
• Experience in Digital Product implementation (Preferable), AEM would be a bonus point.
• Experience in delivering large IT projects
• Experience in delivering a couple of digital solution projects
• The project Manager should be able to explain his/her project in detail -Scope, Schedule, Cost (Revenue, Margin), Quality
