Technical Expert - Rooftop/Commercial

We are , seeking a Technical Expert - Residential Rooftop Solar with strong leadership and technical expertise in solar energy installations. The suitable candidate will oversee the technical installation coordinate projects, and ensure that all installations meet quality standards and project timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation of solar panel systems and ensure compliance with company and safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage technical teams, including electricians, welders, civil workman and helpers, ensuring proper delegation and support.
• Perform inspections and quality assurance checks on all completed projects.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues that arise during installations and provide solutions.
• Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Train, mentor and motivate the technical team to maintain high-performance standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 - 5 years of experience in rooftop solar installations or residential/commercial solar project supervision.
• Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Well versed with MS Office Documentation.
