HR ADMIN Operations

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Conduct new hire orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements,
• Answer phone forwarded calls and manage correspondence.
• Assist other team members and provide administrative support.
• Handle daily HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and MIS reporting.
• Communicate and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across teams.
• Ensure adherence to company values and standards at all levels.
