A typical engagement in acquisition could entail, inter alia, analyzing the clients needs, understanding the technologies adopted for wastewater treatment in their prior projects, helping them realize the problems that they never knew existed, and delivering solutions that are tailormade to their requirement, participating in deal-making including negotiations & structuring contract terms. You will also help the org in creating a robust marketing plan, drawing milestones, executing the plan and reporting the results on an ongoing basis. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Identification of the potential client.
- Understand the technologies used in wastewater treatment.
- Drive meetings and project visits with KDMs.
- Identify system boundaries and coordinate with the design team in creating feasible solutions.
- Propose the sustainable solutions we offer by identifying key problems in their existing setups (more often than not they never knew it existed).
- Negotiation and closures
- Maintain 90% + customer satisfaction score
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
- Identify all the KDM s connected with each opportunity including architects, plumbing consultants and project management firms.
- Unlock the growth potential to the fullest by carefully nurturing and mining potential leads that the above KDMs can provide.
- Drive customer marketing activities throughout the life cycle of acquisition.
- Maximize the Total Customer Value.
- Responsible for forecasting revenue and meeting targets for assigned region.
Education
- EXCELLENT to ABOVE AVERAGE ACADEMIC RECORD
- MBA / PGDM (Sales and marketing) From a Tier 1 or Tier 2 management school anywhere in the world
- Participation/ awards/ recognitions or achievements in extra-curricular or co-curricular or even academic achievements | Public speaking is a plus plus.
Need to have
- Sales experience of 2 3 years (any domain). - Role involving lead generation to closure (any or all). - Role involving client retention. - Role involving assessing viability of the connection. - Role involving forecasting performance and results
