Role & responsibilities :

Communication :

- Establish and maintain effective communication - Digital & Personal

Enquiry Management :

- Coordinate between Indian and international enquiries, ensuring successful outcomes.

- Respond promptly to client queries and ensure their journey is well-managed.

Digital Media Campaigns & Digital Presence :

- Conceptualize, create, and manage digital media campaigns focused on medical value travel & Healthcare.

- Measure and ensure campaign effectiveness, resulting in tangible results (leads, engagement, conversions).

Coordination & Communication :

- Manage partnerships, tie-ups, and associations with Indian and international healthcare providers and travel facilitators.

- Provide regular updates and follow-ups on ongoing projects and initiatives.

Competence Desired :

- Communication : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Project Management : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple ongoing inquiries and campaigns.
