Job Description

Qualification , Experience


  1. Prefer Male candidate with 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations.
  2. MBA in HR or MSW is preferred
  3. Passionate in HR function
  4. Good in communication.
  5. Thorough Knowledge about the onboarding process, employee database management process.

Tasks, activities to be undertaken by the position holder

  1. Taking care of onboarding formalities.
  2. Making sure the complete employee details are updated and maintained up-to-date.
  3. Co-ordinating with the relevant stakeholders and provide clear update on the deliverables.
  4. Employee personnel file management in HRMS tool. Making sure all the necessary documents are collected and stored in the documents reporitory.
  5. Tracking employee probation with HR business partner and ensuring timely closure.
  6. Employee attendance management through the HRMS system and biometrics
  7. Assisting immediate manager in building HR manuals and policy documents.
  8. Creating 30-60-90 days feedback tracker in the drive
  9. Continuous follow-up and closure on the tasks assigned.
  10. Employee queries handling with the TAT.
  11. Seeking necessary support as an when needed.
  12. Regular updates to the reporting manager on the status of the assigned tasks.
  13. Medical insurance addition and deletion management.
  14. Timely co-ordination with medical insurance vendor on need basis
  15. Supporing lead on the compliance management like ISO, QMS, etc.,
  16. PMS process management from a data perspective.
  17. Rewards and Recognition data management and on time closure.
  18. Payroll process management: Managing end to end payroll activities including settlement and exit letter management.

Outcomes to delivered

  1. Making sure the onboarding experience is good for all joiners. Sending feedback form post onboarding formalities mainly after induction.
  2. Making sure all the documents requried for compliances are well documented and maintained with version control
  3. Ensuring the agreements of all external and internal stakeholders are maintained and renewed.
  4. Hands on in HRMS and pulling out report as per the need.
  5. Publishing the tracker on query management on a periodical basis.
  6. Send out Employee engagement emails like Birthday, anniversary posters, etc.,
  7. Statutory reports closure as per the cut-off date.
  8. Timely follow up with the finance team on the all the pay-outs (Payroll, PF, ESI, FFS).
  9. Preparing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for all the policies in place.
  10. Employee query management TAT reduction and building good employee experience.
  11. HR vendor management as an when needed.
