The product manager lead will Develop TOEFL test prep product strategy and execution plan by collaborating with technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess experience in product development and modern product management processes in diverse industries. The Product Manager reports either to a more senior Product Management leader or to a divisional business leader.

• Lead the development and launch of test prep products for TOEFL.
• Develop business case for new product development.
• Execute product strategy and roadmap through the entire creative cycle:
• Conduct competitive analysis to establish product positioning and feature differentiation.
• Perform quantitative analysis on features performance and find opportunities for optimization.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before development.
• Act as a primary stakeholder to the development scrum team, working closely with the Product Owner to deliver business requirements, validate the feature backlog and ensure an excellent user experience is delivered to customers.
• Communicate information about complex concepts and projects in a digestible and persuasive manner based on your audience, sell innovative ideas, and prioritize across product portfolios.
• Be responsible for hitting the key performance indicators you are entrusted with, including product P&L.

• Experience generating outstanding results as a Software Services Product Manager at a high performing tech-enabled product company; Education industry preferred.
• Ability to use data and feedback to improve product offerings and measure student progress.
• Strong organizational skills to manage the development and update of test prep materials, coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with educational technologies and platforms to enhance the delivery and accessibility of test prep materials.
• Utilizing analytics and feedback, they can continuously refine and improve test prep resources to maximize student success rates.
• Strong understanding of the test prep market, identify trends and gaps, and position products properly.
• 6+ years of product management experience, proven track record of building and launching successful products.
• 4+ years of Software Services Product Management experience for customer products over $50M.
• Undergraduate degree in related fields such as: Business Administration, Marketing or other areas combined with relevant work experience.
• MBA preferred.
