Production Planning - Manager(PPC)

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning:

1. Demand forecasting and capacity planning like Min-Max, consumption data, sales feedback.

2. Material requirements planning (MRP) as per requirement every month and ensure uninterrupted flow of material feeding as per define time frame.

3. Optimistic production/Dispatch scheduling and sequencing of new order, Spares with respect to sales requirement and converted in to dispatches

4. Coordination with production and machine shop. (Machines, labour, materials)

5. Developing production strategies e.g., JIT.

6.inform/co-ordination with sales co-ordinator to change/divert the machine as per priority/demand by sales.

Production Control:

1. Monitoring production workflows and processes as per plan

2. improvement in Inventory management by using/identifying Dead inventory (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).

3. Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks

4. production and dispatch Delay analysis

5. Monitoring and controlling of material to control the inventory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Production throughput

2. Lead time

3. Inventory turnover

4. Capacity utilization

5. Quality metrics (defect rate, yield)
