IT Desktop Support Technician

Energy Aspects currently has an exciting opportunity for an IT Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will quickly take on a range of responsibilities and will contribute to the full cycle of our work from User Support, Operating Systems, Directory Services, Hosting & Cloud Services and Networking Technologies.

Reporting to a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for providing knowledgeable advice and using your expertise to help end users solve their technology issues. This position would be ideal for individuals with up to three year s experience in IT Desktop Support, and a desire to join a growing company.

This position will require being in the office 5 days a week, flexibility and the drive to go beyond the core hours when needed, ensuring we all fulfil our goals.
