Preferred Industries: B2B Sales, including Air Compressor, HVAC, Diesel Generator, Industrial Equipment, Control and Automation, IoT Sales, Energy Efficiency, Energy Management Systems.



Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the large industrial and commercial sector, including manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and other relevant facilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, leveraging these connections to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand awareness and establish industry presence.
  • Monitor and analyze market conditions, industry developments, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and technical departments, to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing accurate and timely updates to senior management.
  • Meet the sales targets set collaboratively by your team.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Revenue Generation: Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets by effectively identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets within the large industrial and commercial sector, ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics that align with company objectives and market dynamics.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the energy industry or related sectors.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
