Senior HVAC Project Execution Engineer/Manager

Role Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of HVAC project execution in pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, commercial buildings, and process plants, from initial planning to commissioning. Ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, quality benchmarks, and regulatory standards, with a strong emphasis on compliance and sustainable practices.

Key responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, aligning resources, schedules, and budgets.

2. Design & Compliance Coordination:

• Review HVAC designs for compliance with pharmaceutical and industrial standards.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory audits (e.g., GMP: Good Manufacturing Practice, WHO: World Health Organization, FDA: Food and Drug Administration).

3. Quality & Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all installations and processes adhere to stringent quality and industry standards.

4. Vendor & Contractor Management:

• Oversee contractors and suppliers to achieve timely and high-quality project execution.

5. Project Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track project milestones, manage costs, and prepare performance reports to ensure alignment with objectives.

6. Safety & Sustainability Compliance:

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
• Promote and integrate sustainable HVAC practices across all project types.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Education:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience:

• 5-10 years in HVAC project execution, with a preference for experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, commercial buildings, or process plants.

3. Technical Proficiency:

• Expertise in HVAC system design, installation, commissioning, and validation within regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and finalizing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) vendors.

4. Regulatory Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of GMP, WHO, and FDA standards.
• Proven experience in regulatory audit preparation and compliance management.

5. Project Management Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.

6. Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
