Senior Manager - Project Purchase

Greetings for day.

We are having opening for the role Senior Manager - Procurement department.

Location : Andheri

Qualification - Bachelor of Engineering

Industry - Pharmaceutical Industry only

Experience - 10+years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge on purchase of project materials, general items, capex, Civil, maintenance, chemicals etc is important. .

2. Proven experience in procurement both domestic and Import.

3. To develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.

4. To develop and engage reliable suppliers

5. Good negotiation skills to secure good rate n terms.

6. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors

7. Monitoring of team works to ensure timely ordering n timely delivery

8. Savings initiatives to reduce the procurement cost without compromising quality and timeline

9. Preparing various reports n reviews.

10. Good communication skill n ability to coordinate with various internal external parties

11. Management n leadership skills along systematic working style.

12. Multi tasking & time management skills

13. Meeting with accounts for cashflow, asset capitalization and vendor payment.

14. Continuously seek ways to improve purchasing processes, reduce lead times, and enhance the efficiency of procurement operations.

15. Stay updated with the latest procurement technologies, tools, and trends to enhance purchasing efficiency, such as e-procurement systems or supplier management software.

16. Understanding of technical drawings requirements

17. Hands on experience with SAP is mandatory.

18. Detail oriented, ability to prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.

19. Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make take decisions quickly

20. Travel Indore/Goa site as and when required.
