Planning and Coordination engineer

Role & responsibilities

1) Developing and/or Maintaining Project wise MIS's related to Plan and Track Project Wise Progress, Sales & Expenses and Enablers:

1.a)) Daily progress report coordination with site team and cross check with DPR (Daily progress report)

1.b) Maintain complete site work progress report on daily basis

1.c) Coordinate with the site project manager/ in charge and arranging monthly, weekly plans with budget and revenue

1.d) Review the plans and make the strategy to complete the monthly plan (Man, material, money) with help of seniors

1.e) Monitoring the billing of all the projects progress reports as per Contract / LOI issued by client and as per our dry cost considered in costing on daily basis (work done vs billing)

1.f). Maintaining the daily costing sheets of all the project work done on daily basis

1.g) 14. Tracking the progress of billing approvals on day to day basis and raising the issue to concern , if bills are hold / delayed.

2) Preparing Project wise Bi - Monthly and Monthly Variance analysis on account of Work Progress, Expenses, Purchases and Sales front.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates having experience in Construction industry, with preference as follows:

>> Railway OHE (Overhead Electrification)

>> Transmission Line Towers

>> Bridges & Roads
