Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage back office operations, ensuring efficient data entry, document verification, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with clients to gather required documents and information for visa filing
• Use Excel and CRM
• Convince clients
• Handle email communication effectively and respond promptly to client queries.
• Ensure timely completion of back end processing tasks related to visa applications.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-8 years of experience in a similar role (back office computer operator).
• Proficiency in computer operating systems, including basic software applications like Word and Excel.
• Excellent typing speed with accuracy; working knowledge of english required.
