Hiring and training: The IT Manager should have experience in hiring, training, and mentoring IT staff. This includes creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and providing ongoing training and support.
An IT Manager should have strong understanding of the business and industry in which the organization operates, as we'll as the ability to align IT strategies with overall business objectives

Required experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology management.
Proven experience in managing technology infrastructure, networks, cloud computing and systems.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services, including AWS and Azure.
Should have hand-on experience with Microsoft 365 suites.
Should have a strong technical background in areas such as networking, system administration, cloud concepts, cybersecurity, Apple s ecosystem of devices and software development.
Should have experience managing a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Should have experience managing an IT budget, including forecasting, expense tracking, and cost optimization.
Should have experience working with external vendors and service providers to manage IT-related contracts and projects.
Should have experience managing IT-related projects from initiation to completion, including developing project plans, allocating resources, and monitoring progress.
