Lead Production Engineering - 8-10 Yrs Experience (Electronics)

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Production Lead in our Electronics Engineering Department 8-10 Yrs Experience

Education Background: B.E / B.Tech Electronics Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production assembly processes including integration, testing protocols, wire harnessing, mechanical assembly, and final quality checks.
• Hands-on experience with SMT equipment and processes.
• Oversee production scheduling and ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet deadlines.
• Ensure seamless coordination between Embedded, Hardware, and Operations Engineering teams.
• Supervise and delegate tasks effectively across various departments to optimize workflow.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production cycle.
• Monitor SMT processes and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
• Strong understanding of electronic components, PCBs, and PCB schematics.
• Proven expertise in assembly procedures, production scheduling, and resource management.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of achieving production goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and engineering departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage resources, multiple projects simultaneously.
