Summary:

Highly accomplished Senior Automation Software Tester needed to lead and mentor our team in building and maintaining cutting-edge automation frameworks. Expertise in software testing principles and extensive experience automating tests for web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications are essential. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader, driving innovation and continuous improvement in our testing practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation frameworks (Selenium/Appium preferred, Java, BDD Cucumber).
• Mentor junior automation testers, fostering a culture of quality.
• Translate complex product requirements into effective test plans and cases.
• Execute comprehensive testing (functional, system, regression, compatibility, integration).
• Design and execute performance tests, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks.
• Review requirements and test cases, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate testing challenges.
• Execute tests, report results, and track defects.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
• Champion the adoption of new testing trends and technologies.
• Contribute to QA best practices and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.
• 9-12 years in software testing, strong automation focus.
• Deep understanding of automation frameworks (TestNG/BDD/Cucumber).
• Expertise in API and Microservices testing.
• Proven ability to build robust automation frameworks.
• Strong scripting, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with requirements/project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
