We are seeking a passionate and analytical Business Analyst with a knack for understanding complex business needs and translating them into innovative software solutions. You will play a vital role in identifying and analysing business needs, designing and implementing solutions, and optimizing processes within the healthcare landscape. Youll work closely with stakeholders across the healthcare spectrum, bridging the gap between business needs and technical development to deliver software that improves patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational outcomes.
Responsibilities: Gather and analyse healthcare data:
Analyse healthcare compliance guidelines, data and user feedback to extract valuable insights and inform solution design.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and technical teams to define key requirements and success metrics.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops to identify unmet needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Define and document business requirements:
Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to demonstrate proposed solutions and gather feedback.
Prioritize requirements and manage project scope according to business objectives and resource constraints
Develop user stories, use cases, and other requirement artifacts.
Propose innovative solutions to improve healthcare processes and workflows.
Assist with system testing and user acceptance testing.
Effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather stakeholder input and build consensus.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare organization.
Knowledge and skills:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare domain.
Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, regulations, and workflows.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with agile methodologies preferred
Knowledge of healthcare IT systems (e.g., EMR, EHR) a plus.
