Project Manager - Non Tech - FinTech/Banking (6-10 yrs)

Manages all aspects of the customer projects in order to get the project initiation, preparation, execution and closing done, in addition to ensuring all technological solutions are completed with defined timeline milestone and customer specification.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Will work as central coordinator between Sales, Technology, Finance & Operation for smooth execution of client projects.

- Administers and submits project milestones, including client specification to affect completion of scheduled projects and achieve projected revenue.

- Follows up with clients and technology team for a smooth project roll out and for any requests for change or additional work requested.

- Develops a project implementation schedule in consultation with the client, account manager; and in turn develops a schedule for the technology team to implement the project.

- Identifies further problem areas upon receiving progress report from the technology team and account manager and implements corrective action.

- Drafts a report on a weekly basis of work progress and team evaluation, after conducting review meetings with the various teams, for higher management and for the finance department to cover commercial invoices and other financial requirements.

- Manages, directs and motivates the various teams by promoting a positive, professional and ethical work environment.

- Undertakes all other project related tasks that as required.

Work Experience:

- Thorough understanding of payment industry and how different technology enable solution make customer journey at airport ecosystem more satisfying.
